Shipping policy

 

We're excited to announce that we offer Free Ground Shipping in the domestic U.S. on orders over $200! 

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please allow 48 hours from the initial order for processing. Shipping timeline begins once your order processing is complete. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has shipped.

We ship to all 50 US States via UPS or USPS.

Timing and cost are calculated at checkout.

If you need to edit or cancel your order, please email accounting@sarahalexis.com as soon as possible. We are able to make changes if your order hasn't yet been processed. However, once your order has been processed, we are unable to make changes.

Sarah Alexis is not responsible for any domestic package that is lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
